# Risk Disclosure

**Engaging with the $NOCTO ecosystem - including but not limited to acquiring, trading, holding, or participating in the community - carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:**
* **Volatility: Digital assets are subject to extreme price volatility and may experience significant losses in value.**
* **Security: Users are responsible for securing their own wallets and private keys. The $NOCTO team assumes no liability for loss of funds due to hacks, phishing, or user error.**
* **Regulatory Uncertainty: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Regulatory developments could impact the project or your ability to interact with it.**
* **Technology Risks: Smart contracts, decentralized protocols, and integrations with third-party platforms may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.**
* **No Guarantee of Returns: There is no expectation of profit, yield, or return. $NOCTO is not an investment vehicle, and holders should not expect any financial gain.**
***Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that they are engaging voluntarily, at their own discretion, and with full understanding of the decentralized and experimental nature of this project.***
